Our first production meeting for Skepticon II went incredibly well. You should start to see different forms of media popping up within the next two weeks. I have a spectacular team, which is good because I already struggle with delegating and sharing responsibility. Knowing I have people who will get shit done (and with more creativity and quality than I could muster in a year) will really help set my mind at ease.
I also may have word from a fifth speaker. I'll keep you updated.
